Dr. Allison Farrell won the MPA Early Career Award for Excellence in Mentoring.
Dr. Farrell has dedicated countless hours and so much energy into aiding her students in research, writing, job search, etc. Dr. Farrell wants her mentees to succeed, and she is driven in her goals. Her mentees are not just goals, though; Dr. Farrell treats both graduate and undergraduate students with so much care and respect, gives wonderful feedback and holds them each accountable for their own goals. What a well-deserved award. We are so proud.
