MARSH Lab Graduate Student members and Dr. Farrell sailed across Brookville Lake on one sunny, perfect day in June. As the pontoon boat chopped through the sparkling water, the MARSH Lab was living it up. The crew enjoyed looking at wildlife as they set anchor in a small alcove about 3 hours away from their docking site for lunch. What the MARSH crew didn’t know what that their pontoon boat would not start again… The crew proceeded to be towed in hilarious fashion all the way back to the dock. After an eventful day, the MARSH Lab crew unloaded the boat with smiles on their faces and warmth in their hearts despite a titanic setback.
